Scare the rapers not the victims

Morning needs to be energetic as it sets the tone of the day and the moment you start reading newspaper you are irked by the women molestation news. What is happening in the nation? I don’t know how to ignore the news of sexual harassments of females especially below 10 years. Unfortunately I have to read the headline of such news. I was thinking about this issue and I found out that there is something exists in the present situation which acts as a motivating agent for the rapers. While thinking about it I found that our law enforcement bodies along with law are helping as motivating agents. If you don’t believe on me just check few cases –

Nirbhaya case – Remember the case of delhi girl gangraped in the bus and got the media attention. What happens in the case still the verdict on the minor is pending and he is now moving to SC. What the bullshit is this?

Arushi murder case – famous case of double murder of Arushi and hemraj is just ended by convicting arushi’s parents as police think arushi had a relationship with hemraj which provokes her dad to murder her, though no clear evidence of affair was presented by the police. Is it making any sense?

Tehlaka case – Editor-in-chief of Tehlaka magazine caught by CCTV while harassing the junior journalist is still fighting for anticipatory bell, and he is hopeful that he will get it. He is planning to file bail application in GOA as he thinks he gets the bail. For those who are always saying that Delhi under congress rule is not safe for women just look at this incident. Rather than filing the bail in congress owned delhi he is filing in BJP ruled GOA, why is he doing that?

Well the conclusion of such events is simple that our law enforcement bodies are incapable of giving spot decisions and they are motivating the potential criminals. People with such sick mentality think that they can easily spend their entire life fighting the case and hence they are doing it. I think there must be some reforms have to be made which not only help the rape victims to get justice but also threatens the potential rappers. I hope soon some reforms are made which reduces the rape cases. Till then I will try my level best to understand the legal process and prepare some amendment draft. I would be more than thankful if you helped me in preparing the draft.  Waiting for your mails and feedbacks at – vishwasnyaik@gmail.com

Aayushi-Hemaraj murder – is really justice served?

Finally the famous Arushi Talwar- Hemraj Banjade murder case comes to end and the
parents of the girls are found guilty. CBI gave bollywood style story that Arushi was having affair with Hemraj and was seen in objection position by her dad. Arushi’s father Mr. Rajesh Talwar filled with rage and decides to punish both. He murdered Arushi and Hemraj and try every possible efforts to destroy the evidences.  Though there is no proof of so called affair or the rage incidents but court and CBI strongly think.

If you read the statements of Arushi’s neighbor or other domestic help you will find out that there is no conclusive evidence of these affairs are found and no one knew about it.  By reading some random stories and using my common sense I can say that there is a strong possibility that ‘affair’ was not the reason of murder. But, the court thinks in other direction and decides the culprit.  I don’t see any justice served in the case. How can a girl who is not even old enough to give her consensus found in objectionable positions with a 45 year old man? Why we always find a B grade porn oriented movie story to act as a reason for crime?

Indian police is known for cooking stories and if they are not having conclusive proof then why they are raising question on the personal life of the person and why always rage is the reason for owner killing. I don’t think 14 year old girl can manage affair as efficiently as Arushi did. For me the case is still not conclusive but by seeing the pile of pending case files I can say that this case should be end well before if such kind of verdict is to be come.

Indian education – Applying limits on the students

Have you ever heard an engineering student saying that this job is really worthless and I am not doing engineering for doing such jobs? Well I am sure you must have heard similar comments from the students passing out from a reputed institute and having some good professional degree.  You can’t expect an engineer to do sales job even if he is unemployed. Moreover, a simple commerce graduate will not think of handsome package as he knows that he is not as skilled as MBA or Engineer.

When I started my job search I too filter out the opportunity based on the criteria that it will suit my engineering degree and it will not. While going to such transition I realized the fact that my education sets my brain and it is actually restricting me to enter in the new field or doing less paid job. While the commerce graduates are willing to do the same job at lower salary. The only reason for it is they have their own limits and they find high package job out of their reach while engineering student find low package job worth less.

Indian education systems give ample opportunity to every student to get the degrees and with each degree it sets brain of the students. IITIANS are always taught that they are the most minded students while the average BA graduate is taught that they are weakest. I personally oppose this thought and I believe that “no institute can teach you how to use your brain and it depends on you to use your brain.”  All you have to pay attention to a fact that you are interested in it or not. If you are interested then you will find someone to guide you to become expert in that field. Moreover, with the advent of internet it is now possible to learn everything.

Rather than confining yourself to stereotype career try something which you love to do. No matter you is a commerce graduate or engineer you will surely get success. I have seen plenty of engineers doing wonders in the finance and plenty of BCOM doing brilliant in IT field.  So, don’t think that job is not suiting your education think whether you are interested in it or not. If you are doing the thing of your interest, you will surely able to extract good package even if you start low.

Goals and gaps

Goals, an objective set by individuals to reach in their life and goals are achieved new goals start taking place. There are plethora of quotations available regarding goals and every goal related statement talks about hard work and focus.  However, it’s true and there is no substitute to hard work. I always find myself confusing regarding goals and the only reason behind it is my area of interest. My interest range varies from writing to finance and that is the only reason I make a mess of planning. Am I alone doing this stuff? Unfortunately, I am not alone. There are plenty of individuals who do not know what their actual goals are and how can they achieve it.

I am sure all of you are in contact with a person who keeps on changing his working domains, as he did not like the work. Does he does not have the goal? Well from a distance it looks like so but the reality is completely different.  He may have goals and his goals may force him to switch the domain. If he wants to earn 1 crore in 3 years then he can’t sit in office with fixed salary.  The problem, which we all face, is the lack of guidance. We know our goals but we do not know how we can achieve it.

I met plenty of peoples who wants to open restaurant chain and knows nothing about it. Will they get enough courage to start the chain? Well the answer is obviously no. I personally believe that rather than working on the goal setting one must have to pay attention to the path he will adopt and by setting small milestones, he can achieve his goals.

However, goal setting is quite tedious process but you must have to set a yearly goal so that you can analyze yourself that you achieve it or not. I personally recommend everyone to set the goals as per the will not as per the statistics. Statistics may suggest you the field, which is uninteresting to you, and hence you must have to select that field which increase your interest.   I am in contact with a chartered accountant who is not interested in his job and soon he will start his own business. In spite of having good pay package he is not willing to continue it and the sole reason behind it is the interest. So, pay attention to your interest and avoid changing the goals. Once goal is set pay attention to the path not the goal. If path is right and you are putting efforts in walking on that path then you can achieve your goals. If you need any help regarding goal setting you can mail me at vishwasnyaik@gmail.com , I can try my level best to help you in setting goal and designing the way for it.

Adjusting to adverse situations

Change is course of nature and we have to change ourselves for the survival. World is full of adverse situations and we have to keep ourselves prepared for it. I know this thought is quite common and people having this thought are ubiquitous. There is nothing wrong in this thought and in fact I personally admit this fact. Though the thought is easy to understand but it is really difficult to current situation.

In current corporate world it is absolutely necessary to keep this thought in mind. There are many situation arises when you have to change yourself and hence you have to prepare for it. My life is full of experiences where I have to change myself according to situation. After entering in the professional world every day I have to face situations which are forcing me to change myself. Recently I have to perform the thing which I hate to do it but still I have to perform it. Most of the time I have to do the things under pressure but you cannot stand for your rights every time. In corporate field the changes that you undergo is mostly related with the work and if you are finding it hard to do the work then it’s better to look for the other opportunity. I am experiencing the situation in recent times and seriously annoyed with it. I find it really difficult to control the anger and if you are also facing the situation then it’s better to avoid it for sometime so that you can calm down yourself.

The only solution to this issue is the patience and if the things are not getting better then you have to start looking for the other opportunity. Before opting the other options just make it sure that you want to quit it else you will regret it for a long time. Hope you don’t face this situation for a long time and soon you will be on track.

Losing the wait game

The days are not the same. When you expect something to happen 80 percent of the times you find yourself on the losing side. Moreover, the situation becomes worst when you desperately want something to go in your way. Yesterday I face the similar situation. I had an appointment from a corporate professional regarding my internships and I was looking forward to it. He always considers me as inborn marketer and wants me to take the marketing. However, I do not feel the same. Being pissed from the marketer tag, I am looking forward to learn finance and hence I called him for internship.

I do not have any good opportunity to do internship and he is my only choice. I called him and he asked to me visit his office at 11.15. I turn up on the time and then the wait game starts. Sitting silently on the waiting room expecting him to arrive was not an easy thing. I was observing the ambience of the office and was trying to get some positive energy. It was not the first time that I went there and so some employee knows me. After having, some brief conversation with few I placed myself on the black couch. Couch was awesome and it gives optimum physical comfort but sitting on it waiting for him to come was not at all comfortable.

After waiting for an hour, I decide to call him and he revealed that he is in meeting and he will call me whenever he will be free. I decided to wait for some more time. Finally, my patience comes to end and I decide to leave. I was expecting him on the doors and as I cross door I realized it is a real life not a movie. I turn on my bike and while on the way to home I was thinking only on the time which I spent waiting for me. I was getting agitated and feeling like a worthless person. Moreover, I was thinking that I hurried a bit and I should wait for some more time. With the mixed feeling, I reached to home and starts finishing the other works. Sometimes it is difficult to cop up with the situation you face after losing the wait game and I personally request you all to avoid make other’s wait. Either tells them truth that you are busy or turn up on the time. Remember, no matter how comfortable your waiting room is, it will not give comfort to the person who is waiting.

Sanity returns to the MP congress

Six month back everyone was shouting the name of Shivraj Singh Chauhan and he is still the favorite for the CM but now the situation is different. Everyone including the BJP was considering this election is cake walk as congress was completely out of the track. But now with each passing day congress is growing strong. From the balanced statements to the selection of candidates congress is making every effort to increase the seats and their effort are well on its way to make it possible. With the growing popularity of the Scindia the congress state is again in the hunt and BJP too are aware of it.

No matter how influential the Modi and BJP campaigns but the Scindia’s campaign effect can be seen on M.P. voters. The lists of candidates are out and it gives clear indication of betterment of congress. I wouldn’t be surprised if I see congress won 110 seats out of 230. While in BJP the panic can be seen and their state level leaders are clueless in this election. Though the tickets are distributed wisely but as compared to congress the BJP are showing less intent. May be they are focusing on the Shivraj’s brand which can prove to be effective.

I am personally happy to see the wise statements made by the congress and after a long time I saw congress is working hard to get the maximum seats. It is still early to say that congress can make the government but one thing which is for sure is that BJP will definitely lose 15-30 seats due to the Scindia’s effect. Let’s wait till 8 December to know how effective the Scindia campaign is.

Random beautiful eyes

Walking down the street for getting some tea is a usual habit of mine. I always find it relaxing to stand on tea stall and listen to the idiotic conversations. Just like the other days, I start my journey towards the tea stalls and I find her standing on the road waiting for the bus to come. I know her as I used to adore her beautiful eyes while taking sip of my tea but this day was a bit different. I was sensing some tensions building around her but as I do not know her enough to ask about I decided not to ask her.  Her bus arrives and she went inside it. I sense her eyes flickering towards me but I am unsure about it. The day comes back to the normal and I too start doing my other regular activities.

After finishing the day I was lying on the bed, reading some random articles and suddenly her thoughts enters in mind space. I was thinking about her and I was drawing possible conclusion of her sadness. I do not know why but I was feeling attached towards her. I do not know her name and all I know the name of institute whose bus used to pick her up. I decide to talk to her and introduce myself formally and with this thought, I fall asleep. Next morning I geared up to start the conversation but she did not arrive, I felt bad but then I too begin my work. Next day I saw her standing on the stand with a handmade bag in her had. Her eyes were looking as well and she was relaxed. I want to talk to her but as she was in happy moods I don’t want to initiate the conversation by revealing that I noticed her resentment and hence I avoid interacting with her.

After seeing two or three, more times she stops coming to the bus stand and it’s been 3 years since I saw her.  I was happy with the fact that last time I saw her happy face but I am sad by not interacting her. I do not know where she is but I hope she will be happy wherever she is. So miss RBE (random beautiful eyes, I used this acronym for indicating her in my diary) stay happy always and if you landed on my blog to read it then please respond.  Until then god bless you and other who reads it.

Hopeless love

Love is a beautiful feeling isn’t it? When you are in love you sense the cold winds blowing around you, violins are playing happy chords and more importantly you start reacting positively towards the world.  Everything is so beautiful when you are in love and lasts till the time the person is with you. But what if the person doesn’t want to be with you? What if he or she does not consider you as a soul mate? These are some feelings which are better left alone.

When you are in this feeling many of our close friends will suggest you to focus on other things and you too will try your level best to focus on the other things but the result will be a zero.  When you realize that your efforts are summing up to nothing then you are in deep desolation. You tend to start losing hopes and start thinking that there is nothing right can happen to you. The worst part of such situation is that your feelings grew stronger for the person.

If you are experiencing such situations and you do not want to reveal it to anyone then only option you have is to think about this misery. I know this is a foolish solution but I have seen it working many times. Once you spend a day or two in thinking about these feeling you either pissed off from it and a counter feeling of hatred is been developed or you become strong enough to overcome with these feelings. In both cases you will be in a state where all you have to do is to move on from the current life. So, don’t be afraid if you are in hopeless love state and just give sometime to this feeling as well. Who knows it will ends up making you a strong person.

Socially ignored

There are millions of people ready with their social profile looking to impress the audience. Unfortunately only few succeed while others are in the transient state. They too want to become the part of the virtual social society. With the advent of the social networking websites individuals are geared up to increase their social quotient. I have experience many individuals who are a bit introvert but on social networks they pretend to be an extrovert. They are happy till the comments and likes are flowing towards their activities and once the flow reduces they start feeling ignored. I am sure you also witness many relations broken due to ignorance of one’s activity on social networks.

Few days back I was checking my wall and saw a post of my friend. His post was carrying a sad quote tagged with feeling sad and there were 15 likes and 6 comments. Rather than liking I commented question mark and leave him a personal message. Few minutes later I got his reply that he is all fine and he just wants his crush to contact him.  The purpose has solved and she contacted him. Yesterday eve he again posted the similar quote but this time there were no response. May be she figured out the fact or she was really busy but her action makes my friend feel sad. After fifteen minutes of conversation I managed him to come over and he is all fine. Though I did not do such things to grab attention but I admit that ignorance of someone special is really painful.

I often hurt myself when I saw someone’s like on other photograph and not on me. The only solution I came up with reduce my activity as I am not the one who can keeps on the activities ignoring this thing. Trust me it worked and now if I post anything then I don’t even care about checking its likes and comments. I know you will be saying it’s a coward’s way of dealing with such issues but I don’t find any good way to handle it. If you are having better suggestions to me then please write that in comment and help me in getting a new way out. Waiting for the response.

Healthy Street for healthy India

One of the major problems of India is its hygiene standards. We are living in a nation, which always compromise on the hygiene standards. However, the situation is quite better in present day but still there are plenty of hygiene concerns still exist. Moreover, the future of India i.e. kids are suffering a lot.  I have seen my nephews and niece struggling with health whenever they eat on the street. We try our best to stop them from eating the street food but it difficult for them to do so. How can they say no to pani puri?

Moreover, if we analyze the current situations then we would find that the hygiene standards of street foods is very low but due to its unique taste people especially kids loves to eat at thelas. Every parent tries to convince the kid but everyone is fails to do so and the only reason of it is parents are also fond of eating street foods. I do not know what the reason for their taste is but I also love it.  We cannot ask the thelawala to stop selling the items nor can we convince the kids to stop eating the street foods.  The only possible thing we can do is to try and maintain the hygiene standards to streets.

Dust, air pollutions, contaminated water is the source of the diseases and if we try to fix them, we can easily do it. Though government help will be needed but the initiation starts from us. We have to stop dumping the waste on streets and we should also avoid spitting on the street. If government can provide the clean water and pay attention to vehicle pollution then we can have an improved hygienic environment.  We can also give kids dabar chamanprash to make them immune from diseases.

If we want an immune India then we have to sense our responsibility and we have to start acting accordingly. Let’s try and make the India and Immune and advance India.
