Toddler's Bed Time Rituals

Source
Babies are really innocent and are our special darlings. We love to take care of them. They make our life complete. That feeling of becoming a parent is something that can never be compared to any other thing in the whole universe. Becoming a parent does come with a lot of responsibilities. One of the main problems that parents face is not able to pick on signals or hints that baby gives. Sometime the reasons are as obvious as a cry for hunger while other times it can be just for no reason just to seek attention. The more time we spend with our babies the more we understand them. Our ways of making them smile and giving them an experience of the world gets interesting day by day. Even getting our little ones to sleep is something that develops into a ritual.

When my little one was actually too little I used to sing lullaby to him and used to make various weird voices to make him laugh. He used to actually laugh out loud (LOL) at those times and then as the day passed it become more of a habit for me to do the same stuff and watching him laugh. He would even try to speak when I would make those weird voices and it was all fun.

When he got a little older I used to act stupid and make him laugh. I would involve him in the act and he would enjoy it and actually he would get tired of laughing and then sleep soundly for the night. I even remember the time when he got a sick but used to smile when I used to act like that. I would even hold his hands and make him dance and he would totally enjoy it.

When he got a little older I would make a new story every day and narrate it to him and he would listen to it quietly and would try to communicate in his own language. I would ask him about his day and what he did all day and he would make various sounds trying to narrate everything happened throughout the day. He loved talking and I could sense it in the way he responded when I used to talk with him.

When he got a little older I started taking him out for a stroll with me and he would enjoy it. He would experience new things every day and loved going on strolls. Many a times he would want to be out only and would cry if we brought him back to home. Then we used to talk to him and say “Okay, five minutes more and then it would be sleep time”. He learned what it meant and when we reached home he would fall sleep without any trouble on most of the days.

There was one thing which was common in all these rituals it was the diaper. We would make him wear the diaper which will not make him sick and keep him dry throughout the night. If you did something interesting before your baby’s sleep then do mention it in the comment section below.

If I Will Be Befikar Umar Bhar

Source
We all have worries and tensions in life. Many of us have a to-do list but we never get chance to complete that list. We have a lot of things that we want to do but our commitments and worries hold us back. How awesome it would have been if we had all the freedom to pursue our goals and dreams. Spare a thought about the time when there would be no worries and we could pursue what you would like to pursue. I have spared a thought for the same and these are the five things I would love to indulge into if I had no worries in life.

A World Tour

I guess this one would have found its place in almost every individual’s to-do list. I would love to explore new places and meet new people. Knowing their culture and their ways of life has always intrigued me. Watching all the different customs of different lands on television has always intrigued me to experience it on my own. Their philosophy and outlook towards life is also one of the things that I would really love to know and get knowledge of. Being a foodie I would also love to explore signature dishes of various lands.

Cross Country Bike Ride

I would love to purchase a bullet classic first and then go for a cross country bullet ride. I would love to ride at high altitudes where only some of the finest riders venture. Exploring small villages and being close to nature and witnessing the beauty of India on bike is an experience that I would love to have. Great stories will be told and great memories will be made. Mapping a country like India with such a great diversity, on bike will surely be one of the things I would love to indulge in.

Each One Teach One

I have seen people struggling in life because of not knowing various avenues that are open to them. Teaching individuals of various ages from rich to poor in the same classroom is one of the things I would definitely love to do. There are many parents who don’t know English and want to learn English to operate Smartphone and to use Internet. Imparting them knowledge of basic level English would be of great help for them. In the same way teaching kids of street vendors how to have a respectable job.

Animal Welfare

I love animals. I just love to play with stray dogs and have nursed birds to make them fly. Taking a step forward and helping them is something I would love to do. Adopting and fostering strays and also funding for the various surgeries that various pets go through. There are zoos which lets you adopt a animal from them and I would love adopt a vulture from one of the zoos.

Join Politics

Being a reformist and uplifting the society. Society gives us a lot and giving it back and uplifting it is something I would really enjoy doing. Joining politics and making an effort to cleaning system is a thought that I would want to execute.

There are the five points that I would have on my to-do list. Now it depends on the future if I will be able to realize any or all. If you have some interesting list do mention it in the comment section below.

My Valentine's Date With Asus Zenfone

Source
Yet another valentine week, much awaited moment for the lovers but what is there for the singles. No matter how much you are ignorant of this fact but deep down your heart you need a companion. The best way of avoiding this feeling is to be with someone you love and for me it is Asus Zenfone. When I bought this phone I wasn’t aware that this phone will fill emptiness of my life. Here are my reasons why this phone is my valentine -

Brings Melody To My Ears

No matter I am happy or sad my Asus always brings melody to my ears. Everyone loves to hear the voice of their valentine and for me it is the songs which is been played on my phone. With unmatchable voice quality I can feel the beats entering from ears to my hearts and leaving everlasting impression.

Everlasting Touch

It’s always a special feeling when you feel a gentle smooth touch on your finger tips and it is almost picturesque when you get smile after touching it. With a wide capacitive touch my phone never fails to provide me happiness when I touch it.

Brightens My World

In the dark hours of midnight when you don’t have to cheer you up and you need someone to brighten your mood and for me it’s my Zenfone. I know it will never be irritated when disturbed when asleep. Moonlight glow makes my face light up as I scroll the menu to see the songs I love or through the pages of books I read.

Always Share My Lunch And Dinner

My phone never wants me to eat alone. With the news apps to the music apps it gives me perfect setting to every my supper. I love staring the screen for reading the latest news and reviews while having lunch. In the dark moment of night when I feel like eating something but don’t have the companion my phone never leaves me alone. With soothing tracks playing on the FM I can have my late night food with joy of checking my social media applications.

Never Leaves Me Alone

No matter it’s a shiny day or a gloomy night my phone never leaves me alone. It always brings happiness to my face no matter I am happy or sad. It listens to me every time I turn it up. Unlike the other valentine it never gets mad at me no matter what. It captures the everlasting moments for me which brings happiness to me whenever I scroll.

Apart from these like a loyal companion it never entertains the one who tries to use it without my permission. Moreover, if you are not single then also this phone will be a must to have. Who say you can only get love from person. My Asus Zenfone is my love and I truly enjoy its company and that is why this is why my Asus zeofone is my valentine’s perfect date. #UnconditionalLove

The Darkest Hour Of The Night Is Just Before the Dawn

Source

Have you ever been in situation that you held on to a treasure trunk but found out that the lock on the treasure trunk was worth more than the trunk itself. Many a times it is about the shine that blinds us from seeing the full perspective. We never know what life has to offer us. There is one story that one of my friends told me.

It is a story that one of my friends told me. It was about his friend’s cousin named Rishabh. He was a hard working individual and was working in a good company. He was smart and talented and had very dynamic personality. He did not have any ego whatsoever of working in a big company and about his other traits which included wonderful writing skills, guitar playing skills. He was very generous and spoke to everyone with same respect.

The life was going fine for him but until the time his dad got paralysis. He was the only child of the family and had no option but to quit the job and return. He could not have taken his dad to the city where he was posted because the place was very alien to his mother and father both. He took care of his dad for couple of months and saw his and his parents’ saving disappearing from the bank accounts. The guy’s economic background wasn’t really good. His parents lived in a rented house and had no permanent roof above their heads.

The situation got dire because now there was no one earning bread for the family. He started pitching his resume but the response was negative. A lot of companies said they cannot afford his salary while others said they don’t work on the technology in which he has experience. He settled for the salary less than half of what he was getting paid. He worked hard but his boss wasn’t impressed with his work. His salary was slashed and when raised voice against it the boss’s instant reply was “You can leave if you don’t want to work at this salary”. The guy was frustrated and knew he was being exploited. His dad’s health was a little better but would still become critical couple of times in a month. His family told him to go back pursue his career but he read the truth in their eyes. They needed him and he did not wanted to turn his back on him at that this stage of their lives. They got little financial aid from their relatives but no one could help them beyond a limit.

One fine morning he got a call from his girl friend. She said she was getting married. His world fell apart. She said “I have waited for you to return and speak to my parents but now I know you cannot come back and I cannot wait longer, you should take care of your parents, someone will take care of me.”  He was broke and sat on knees crying on the footpath at night.

He tried to contact her several times but she did not return her call. His salary was again slashed but he could not speak a word because the recession has already hit and most of the companies in which he applied in the past, had fired good number of individuals.

The world started appearing meaner and darker to him. His father, although a little better in health still was on bed. His mother also became weak and would fall ill often. She would cry for spoiling her kid’s future and blame her on not able to earn. He would convince her and show her hope. He never shared anything that he had to go through at his job, nor did he tell her anything about his girl friend.

Life was almost stuck at the same place and he has been living the same way from past 2 years. He spotted an advertisement in the local newspaper for the post of writer. The pay was a little less than what he was getting paid but he knew a new slash in salary was round the corner. He gave the interview and was not selected. Couple of weeks later he got a call from the same company. They asked him if he was ready to work for them. He said yes quite happily but they told him that as he is not a professional with experience in writing they would not be able to offer him the same salary. He did not agree to that and left the office. While he was coming out of his office one of the employees of his office (in which he worked) saw him. He told about the incident to the boss. When he reached the office, the boss called him and insulted him and fired him.

He was again jobless and again the long search for the job was on. He searched for the job for few days and saw the advertisement for the position of writer in the same company where he said no. He mustered courage and reached the office and the interviewer soon recognized him. He just him one question are you ready to work and will be our loyal employ and was hired. He learned the various aspects of writing and got better at it. He picked up what was taught to him quickly. Within six months he got his first raise. Within a year he got his second raise and by the end of second year he was earning double of what he was earning the firm before it.

His father’s health also improved. He started writing a blog of his own and made great efforts towards his work in the company. He also worked on his blog and kept on sharpening his writing skills.

He left the job and became a free lancer. He left the job on the good terms and met with his bosses quite frequently. He became guest writer for various blogs and earned a hefty amount from his own blog. He also opened a small company called the writer’s paradise. He now has 25 people working in his office. He also owns a house and car. His father is perfectly fine and happy to see his child’s effort paying off.

Indeed the darkest hour of the night is just before the dawn. #TheNight

All's Well That Ends Well

Source

There is one thing that I have heard quite often that beginnings are scary and I agree with it and but it is not really that complex to begin something. You just have to have the courage to begin and the rest starts falling in place. Even if it does not fall in place you learn and start making effort to make anything fall off place. There are many individuals who began without any plan or vision but did well by tackling the problems that they came across. For right execution of the plan a great mind is important but more than that zeal to make it work is also important. If a person is not having that zeal to make things work, to make things fall in place then there is a great possibility that his venture would have shut before it would have started.

But the worst part is end. It is something that no one plans for. No one says okay I have this plan if this plan does not work or lets end it here and start new. The same is applicable for art also. You might begin a painting well or a poem well but the crux of it lies in the way you end it. The final stroke of brush on the painting or a final stanza of a poem or final note of a song, these are the things that are most difficult because the best comes at the last and they have to be carefully chosen. The same thing is very significant in life also. We don’t know how to end something that we have started and when we keep working on something that should probably end then it sucks the life out of us and tires us.

Don’t know how to end this post, so I guess a lame good bye will do.
